Ratings and reviews

The only thing this app does well is error. every time I attempt to place an order of the approaches that it cannot validate my cart. every time I attempt to submit a support ticket through the app to let the company know that there is an issue I receive an error message that says that my browser does not work with the captcha format even though the browser is the one shipped internally with the app.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Not sure why Old Chicago changed their rewards system and started using this. The app always crashes. Doesn't provide any information for beer tours, mini tours or reward progress. Management and staff have no control and all admit to hating the new system because it makes their job harder. Not worth the download.

Says my account doesn't exist and won't let me reset my password because I filled in more than 1 field on the reset password screen, where the is only 1 field to fill in. Long time OC customer but your app developer is terrible and needs a lot of work. My account works fine on the website, so clearly it's a connecting to the database issue.
