About this app

SmartHypnos is an experimental Android application aimed at providing personalized sleep quality related recommendations.

The purpose of the development of SmartHypnos is to develop a tool for sleep quality assessment and early diagnosis of sleep disorders. Its ultimate goal is to identify patterns and biomarkers associated with sleep, in order to provide personalized proposals aiming to improve the quality of sleep and the quality of life.

SmartHypnos is intended be used as a diagnostic tool for the general public, since it will provide cost-free access to personalized sleep quality monitoring, aiming to detect patterns related with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma and insomnia. These abnormal patterns associated with lifestyle, exercise, and mobility characteristics will provide personalized health advice based on intelligent systems.
