Ratings and reviews

Whenever I use the back button to go back to my home page I am getting a pop-up notification that asks if I want to continue making a payment, I've already made a payment this month so it's a little frustrating that this pop-up keeps popping up when I'm trying to do other stuff. I keep getting calls from someone trying to give me a loan, I can't turn them off without blocking PennyMac fully, earlier a lady said she had to discuss something important about my account & it was sales, Ridiculous!!

App is useful but does have some issues. For example when entering numbers in any of the fields, it cuts out the top half of the numbers and show only the bottom half. Since you don't have full visibility of what you have just typed you have retype it sometimes. Also going a pop up window about payment opens up unnecessarily when navigating between different options. Your developer needs to fix these minor but important glitches. I'm using Android.

Couldn't even make it through registration process on my new loan. I signed up with no issues but when it came to inputting my loan number and other property info, the screen turned blue and you couldn't see any text in the text boxes to complete the form. I did it the best I could but continued to error out. Off to the website. I'd truly suggest fixing this app to make it easier on the loans you service.. For now, app gets a 1 when it should be zero...
