Review updated 11/2024 I take lots of pictures & use them for my students. Spent a lot of money over the years. There was a mistake on my last order, & cust. service kept telling me that to reprint the order on matte instead of glossy paper was "impossible," offering a refund instead. Lots of my time, several emails, AND a bad review here, and suddenly, what I was asking wasn't impossible anymore. I got a replacement order, & will stay with FreePrints. I won't go through that again, though.

"free shipping on your first 10 free prints!" LIES there's no way to redeem this, it charges you $1.99 for shipping plus tax per photo regardless. not to mention their other apps, "get a free gift this month just pay shipping!" still charges you the cost, usually 20-40$, plus shipping, usually $15.... THEY ARENT GIVING YOU ANYTHING FREE the cost is always added in at the end. oh and support will just give you the run around, "hmm seems to be a billing issue on our end" then no response. 👎🏽

yo, this app is kinda insane. you get completely free photos, except shipping fee. but, upon signup they give me some credit for the shipping fee. this app is definitely for people who will want to print a lot of photos. only downside is the ad's. but all of those ads are just better and better offers .-.. --- .-..
