Ordering on this app is simple and intuitive. However, orders get cancelled arbitrarily for both of pick up and delivery sometimes. And the app does not give a proper notification.

The app is not too bad but could definitely be better. Please add the 'order tracking ' feature just so that a customer knows when to expect their deliver. I was given a 1 hr window which meant I had to wait outside for the driver. Also, there should be a way for the drivers to be able to contact me within the app. Finally, online payments are a must, try to add that function too

0 tracking features at all. You place an order it automatically says its completed. You cant track if the store received the order or if the driver has it.
