PointClickCare Companion empowers care givers with a fast and easy-to-use workflow that unifies the delivery and documentation of services and medication.

PointClickCare Companion includes features such as:
• Unified to-do lists and status: Users can simply scroll through and identify critical action items for each shift, grouped by timing and tasks.
• Immediate access to key information: Allows users to access resident information, scheduled and unscheduled services.
• Streamlined documentation: Allows end users to document tasks at the point of care and capture the time required to complete the task. Vitals and medication distribution to residents can be easily recorded to ensure the highest possible level of care.

Ratings and reviews

Used to work fine on Android and then they changed something and didn't do proper integration testing. When users log in they see no tasks and no residents. Horrendous support from their team. It's an urgent issue that has been open for over two weeks and there has been no updates or an ETA on a fix except that it's "with their Product Team for review". Basically, they no longer offer any support for Android.

This is actually a downgrade and a more complicated form of the previous version. You realize that most of those who use this app are used to the old one, where the color scheme and tabs are what makes it easier and user friendly. This new one is just bland and white. Why did you have to divide it into overdue, to do later, etc? Just the yellow, red, and green was fine. Atleast then you actually know what is documented, overdue, or about to do. Why did ya'll have to make it harder?

You can log in but when you select your community you want to access, it just spins and never opens to access the residents. Totally useless.
