About this app

PointClickCare's ChartPic application allows care providers to capture resident photos for the purposes of identification. Once the image has been uploaded it will automatically be updated in all areas of the PointClickCare EHR including the web application, POC and eMAR. This seamless integration helps save staff time and allows them to focus on what matter most - providing personalized care.

Key benefits include:
-The ability to share a secure photo/image with a secure message
-The ability to easily verify a residents identification when they are unable to communicate

Excellent time saver! Previously, I had to take photos, edit size, and then upload them to the patient's chart in PCC. This app allows you to take photos, edit, and automatically upload to the chart all in two quick clicks. This process allows you to keep PHI confidential.

Missing 1 IMP detail from the product description: The admin user needs to assign that role to your account. The label of that role could be different from company to company. For mine, the role name was 'Photo Edit'

It worked really well at first, now it doesn't work. I've updated, Uninstalled and reinstalled, but it doesn't even allow me to log in now...I can't get in at all.
