being able to message the doc at anytime and making a progress note from my phone is so helpful for continuity of care. I can be home in my jammies and make a note for the nurses on the floor, receiving vital info in no time. love this app!

This app should have a pin / biometrics unlock to view the conversation. If the phone is unlocked anyone can view sensitive patient communication.

Does not allow you to send pictures, does not work half the time in that you get a notification but when you check inside the app it is not visible. You have to log back in every 8 hours. This is the most frustrating and buggy app I've had to use.
