This app should have a pin / biometrics unlock to view the conversation. If the phone is unlocked anyone can view sensitive patient communication.

Does not allow you to send pictures, does not work half the time in that you get a notification but when you check inside the app it is not visible. You have to log back in every 8 hours. This is the most frustrating and buggy app I've had to use.

We hear your frustration with the frequent login experience. Login sessions have been extended to 7 days and you will continue to get notifications even when logged out. You can attach photos but need permissions. Please check with your IT admin. Please update to the latest version as we are continuously working on improving the experience.

This is a very sad attempt to replace the previous version used in PCC. No ability to use voice to text, no ability to use Google keyboard. No ability to use gifs or emojis. There's no comparison to Tiger Text! It only works if you have lots of time to very slowly type a very short message. Otherwise, don't waste your time!

Thank you for your feedback. We've added many new features, such as autocorrect, copy/paste, and voice to text. Gifs can be added through 'attach photo' option, though you might have to check your permissions. Please consult your IT department. We hope you reconsider using Secure Conversations as we are doing our best to make improvements!
