Ratings and reviews

When it works, it does its job as it should. I use it to have my espresso machine turn on at 4AM every day so it's ready for my early morning shot. The problem is, when you have a power outage, either in the neighbourhood or if turn off the breaker when doing renovations, good luck getting it going again. Reprogramming the plug is a disaster. It also doesn't help that it doesn't work with 5G wifi. Sorta silly you have to downgrade your phone's performance to run an accessory device. Going in the in, buying a different brand, and will never use one of their products again.

Some functionality issues between this app and its Alexa skill lately. PrimeWire app and the Alexa app disagree about who has onboard schedule priority over the other. Can result in unwanted device cycling.

This has been great for years until your recent update. Now it doesn't work. This is infuriating. Why fix things that aren't broken?
