By adding their car registration in the app, Season Ticket holders at PaSS car parks will be able to enter and exit by having their number plate scanned at the barrier. PaSS is only live at selected Q-Park car parks.

It is important that you create your MyQ-Park account before registering on the app or your Season Ticket will not link correctly with your vehicles car registration and you will not be able to enter and exit the car park using your number plate.

How to register your number plate
1. Activate your My Q-Park Account on the Q-Park website. When you purchased your Season Ticket, you will have received an email prompting you to activate your account
2. Download the Q-Park app
3. Login using your My Q-Park Account Email and Password
4. Enter your car registration

After completing the above steps, the barrier will automatically open when you drive in or out of your home car park. The Q-Park app has been developed to further enhance the parking experience for our Season Ticket holders.

Ratings and reviews

It should be much easier to find the rates each parking charges. It was my first time using it a few days ago and what I thought was €2 per hour was in reality per 22 minutes. The app didn't display the full information and I simply assumed, my mistake. End result: €22 for 4 hours. I also find the app a bit cumbersome when it comes to locating parkings, it's messy when it comes to using touch for maps. While it's convenient I will need to think twice before using it again.

Nightmareish app. The experience at QPark parking garages is seamless. I used the app since there are no service fees every time you park. That is where my praise ends. The app is incredibly buggy and slow. It can take up to 30 seconds for the app to show the parking areas or current sessions. The notifications don't work well. I'm writing this review because when I checked whether my session was still active,it said nothing, but I was billed €37,40 for "parking" in the city center for 24hrs.

Even though I turned on all the notifications, it doesn't show the notification of the active parking. I forgot that I turned the street parking on and now I had to pay 30 euro for one day parking fee (although I only parked for one hour). please solve this notification issue.
