Ratings and reviews

This is a must have app! It's easy to navigate, options to choose either a one time payment of your regular mortgage pymt or you can choose to pay more towards the premium. You can see up front what you have in your escrow account and also how much equity you have on your home. It keeps track of all your past payments and what's coming up. They also keep loan & other documents to download and review ANYTIME! You can even start a new mortgage application & sign without going anywhere!!

I don't know how this app has high ratings. They must come from fake user bots. The app has selected a ridiculously high dollar amount for my loan request, void of any reality, and I can't change that amount or delete the request. The contact us doesn't work, they're having technical difficulties. Great. Once I get this straightened out, I'm cancelling everything to do with my account and going to my credit union like I should have from the start.

Would be great if logging in wasn't so difficult. I'm only rating the app, I'm otherwise very happy with RM. Everytime I open the app, the biometric login is disabled again, and since, like the rest of us, I have 1k passwords I can't remember, I end up using the website instead, so I'm going to sadly have to uninstall the app:(
