Unless I'm missing something, there's nothing in this app that I don't already get with my Ring app, so I deleted it. Also, neither app is about community safety. 97.4% of all posts are about missing, found and abandoned pets. The very few "crime" related alerts are like: " I heard a loud noise, I think it was gunfire". Then a few other people say they heard it too. Then you never ever hear any follow-up . Waste of time.

You can customize Neighbors through Settings, Neighborhood Settings, Push Notification Settings, Filter Alerts by Type, Advanced Filters and then deselect topics you're no longer interested in.
While we encourage folks to mark a post as resolved, some users don't always get around to it. We apologize for an inconvenience this may have caused you.

Marginally useful. Except for the fact that now they send me a notification that is my "weekly safety report". I don't need you to scare me into using the application more often. I like the notifications that come through when somebody posts something, I don't need you to then send me a digest notification all the time. There's no way to shut it off in the app itself so I'm setting my review to one star since that's the only way to get any feedback to the developers

This app does not work! I've tried logging in. It would say "can't do that right now". I tried to set up a neighbor account. It would give me an invalid error. It is easy to set up on one phone only bit not anything more. I would not recommend! I even took screen shots to prove this. I can't even create an account under the neighbors ring app! Maybe the app it too old because I have a brand new Samsung galaxy.
