I figured out how it works now. 3 stars because the reservation is limited for 2 adults and 2 kids only. I have 3 kids, and it makes it impossible to make reservations through the app. Also, it is missing the request changes for room or flight information. If your flight changes, you have no option to send a message through the app. My option is you should have an option for users to enter flight information and able to change.

App is not functional. I'm at the hotel now. The app keeps freezing and locking up, and when I do get it, I have to start over with my birking info every time, even though I'm already at the hotel and checked in. It has very little if any information on much of anything. There is no map of the property anywhere in the app that I can find. I have tried to use the app the request services, but the person who showed up had no idea what we needed and spoke no English so he ended up just leaving.

Booking App Only! Installed this to see if it would help at all as a first time stayer with Riu, but it does not have any way to book dinners, check on resort status, explore the nearby area, or anything specific to my trip. App works perfectly fine but my advice would be to simply use their website instead for all the same functions. Hope this helps someone!
