suddenly I get accepted for an order but it doesn't tell me that I'm accepted but it keeps sending me notifications that I need to start the order soon or be removed for inactivity. customer service is an absolute joke I've been waiting over an hour for a response. I have been removed twice for gigs I didn't even know I was accepted for. I normally don't have any issues with this app. but the day before yesterday and it started being real glitchy it is updated

I've been using this app for sometime now and it seems to have some issues here and there but overall works fine for me. I see people complain about not getting gigs and the app picks more experience driver's. not sure how that would work but from my experience, the company requesting the delivery controls who gets the gig and sets the pay not roadie. Tips are usually included in the pay and like always the customer chooses to tip or not. Last no one is makes you take a gig so stop complaining.

I would like to give a 5-star rating. Doing deliveries in a bigger city, the app is great. Payment is even decent. The only problem I've found with this app is when you get into rural areas. So maybe the developers could add an offline feature that allows you to complete a delivery when you have no signal. Driver support is actually available if you call them
