It's very frustrating when the app has errors and you can't fix it yourself. trying to contact anyone in support over the phone, chat, email, or even Facebook messenger with no luck, no response or answer. I did a delivery, and I have been trying for hours to resolve the problem. no response 😕. last time, it took 3 days for someone to finally respond to the email. this is unacceptable

The way gigs are given out is horrible and you have to wait just to be denied in most cases. The only good thing I see is that you can drive anywhere after you sign up. The pay rate is usually pretty low unless you find a good one and are potentially accepted for it. Edit: Why does Roadie play around with the pricing of gigs? Also, support is the worst and agents end chats without providing help.

If it wasnt for the fact that I'm using this app to get money.I wouldn't be using this app. there are always problems and you can't connect to anyone to fix them in a timely manner, I shouldn't have to uninstall the app each time im trying to make a delivery. this app worked 1000 times better just at the beginning of the year. now I can't properly pick up items and I can't properly deliver items because the app won't work. I'm done wasting my time
