I've been using Rover for 6 years now. I had issues with the GPS 3 years ago and it got a little better. But now I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall because it won't let me add a photo. Then it will freeze. It is very inconvenient for someone who is trying to make the most out of their time during the day. I have to spend 5-10 extra mins at the end of each visit trying to get the app to work and that usually puts me behind schedule.

I'm still unable to send pictures and videos to clients through the app on my google pixe from one of the updatesl. This is very frustrating when trying to adhere to client requests for photos and updates. When I click the camera icon it goes to my gallery but none of my photos show up. This has been an issue for over a few months now and no updates to fix it.

$50 hidden application fee I tried to sign up and spent hours as the app crashed and I had to redo it on my computer, but once I got to the end, they revealed a application review fee that was never stated prior to. also they made me sign up for boarding at my house and nothing else stating I could include other services after. I didn't even want to board I wanted to walk and sit.
