I've been using Rover for 6 years now. I had issues with the GPS 3 years ago and it got a little better. But now I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall because it won't let me add a photo. Then it will freeze. It is very inconvenient for someone who is trying to make the most out of their time during the day. I have to spend 5-10 extra mins at the end of each visit trying to get the app to work and that usually puts me behind schedule.

I'm still unable to send pictures and videos to clients through the app on my google pixe from one of the updatesl. This is very frustrating when trying to adhere to client requests for photos and updates. When I click the camera icon it goes to my gallery but none of my photos show up. This has been an issue for over a few months now and no updates to fix it.

Really wish it had a way to just set up a meet and greet so you didn't have to show it as wanting an actual booking. The option to do a call with face to face neither myself or the pet sitter could figure out why we could not get it to work. Also an option to see how much a booking would be in total would be nice before requesting it. It could be a little more user friendly over all with a couple things updated.
