This app is constantly having issues but I am forced to use it for work. With every work order I close out, I have a hard time entering my time in - it always wants to do a AM to PM flip on me. Today's problem is that it automatically updated to a junk version - version 10.3.0, which my IT department told us not to use, but that email came out a little too late. Now, I'm not sure how to go back to the last version.

Awful app. can't see job/site history, travels times are miles out. smart forms are clunky. very dated.

work not properly after capturing image in edit mode image get black

Hi,
We've just checked and you are right. We use here an external library for editing the image an unfortunately that does not allow us to show a loading indicator while the image is loading. So you end up seeing an black screen. If you wait a bit, the image will show up. We already have a ticket on our side to update it. Thank you!
