I really wanted to open an account with this bank using the app. But after downloading it, I open it and click on 'open account' it's saying, 'We are unable to process your request please try again later'.... this functionality on your app seems not to be working.

I was able to open an account successfully and they even brought the card, I did all the necessary registration with the courier Guy the one who brought the card but then unfortunately my card is not working I've tried contacting them to find out if the account is active, they can't tell me ati unless I answer ther security questions, of which some of the questions I forgot I told them I forgot, why can't they just activate it from there end so that it works surely??????????????

The app is not functional on my galaxy anymore after the last update. I can login just fine and access my accounts but I can't transact anymore. It takes forever to load now and when making transfers between own accounts, it keeps bringing an okay button that does nothing. The new update sucks, please fix it. I miss using the app. Now I have to go to the website. Edit: Thanks for fixing the app, it's working perfect now. I'm happy now yay 💃🏽💃🏽 5 stars plus plus from me.
