Can't log in to my account quite many times over the past years and each time it will always prompt me saying password is wrong (I'm sure I got it correct). I have to reset everything again but will still face the same problem frequently. In fact, it happened again twice this week! It is so frustrating and when I tried to call the hotline, there are many instructions to listen to etc, before I can even get to speak to someone (after waiting on the line for a long time too).

One of the most stupid security measure by blocking pasting password and practically preventing users from using password manager. So, user are "forced" to choose simple password. Standard chartered should sack the security engineer lead that proposed this idea, maybe just fire the whole team that manage app login page. I cannot believe someone still doing this stupid practice.

SCB customer service has drastically deteriorated. They intentionally hide the "speak to agent" option, resulting in endless loops and excessive wait times (1+ hour). It takes forever to get to speak to a human. Callbacks take up to a week, and the urgent fraud line is unresponsive. They fail to understand that not all the requests can be done via the app or web. I am closing all my accounts. They used to be good, I never thought I would end my 24-year relationship with this bank like this
