I don't know what it is about this app, but you can NEVER just easily unlock or lock your card on it. Every other tab works immediately. But the tab to "manage" your card takes like TEN MINUTES to finally open, and that's if you're constantly clicking on it back to back like me. Smdh. This is one of the most important features to have living in FL, and they just can't seem to get it right on their app!!

I absolutely hate the implementation of this app! The other day I couldn't log into it at all. The following day I had "no accounts". And I have "no permissions" to access card controls. I left VyStar for the disastrous rollout of their app and online service, which left me unable to check my accounts for months. Space Coast didn't learn from their errors?!?!?!?! UPDATE: All of the errors that I had complained about have been resolved.

My review remains at one star. There was a period of a few months with a working app, which ended a few days ago when I got a pop-up message stating that I would have to turn off developer options on my android s23 galaxy to use the app. WHAT? I can't... Why are you locking out app developers, engineers, designers and others who choose to run their devices with developer options? Bad policy. If it's a security issue, fix it instead of blocking the people who use your app, please.
