just about the app not its products. not very interactive friendly. had to re-download and delete the old app for some reason instead of updating - and the old app was no longer in the app store but still on my phone. can't click on any product in the cart to show the product info, you have to go and search it up and remember the name. search doesn't work under some segments in the app. can't click and or zoom in anywhere if you needed to. and there is no wishlist.

This isn't based on the app but the service I received right off bat. I just signed up(Today) and picked my first fragrance, but somehow they're shipping out something I didn't even ask for. I canceled my subscription same day(TODAY). Reviews said they did things like this. I should have listened. Scentbox is a better option with more fragrances, even the expensive ones.

If your selection wasn’t saved before checkout, the system may default to another scent. We’ve canceled your subscription as requested & we’d love to make it right—please email us to help.

Bad Buisness Practices (subscribers BEWARE!) It's super easy to upgrade subscriptions, but when it comes to unsubscribing, it's a hassle. The option to unsubscribe isn't currently available. Unsubscribing should be as easy as subscribing, plain and simple. This company is not to be trusted. FYI, I followed the instructions given on the site and used and used the link in the app.
