Not just the app, but Scott Credit Union, in general. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at this point, and am seriously debating switching banks. A payment I put in on JANUARY 13th just came out TODAY and overdrew my account. If you try to call customer service, you sit on hold for at least an hour with no help. I gave up and hung up. Setting the "new, improved" app up was a pain, and they are still having technical difficulties with EVERYTHING. It's really become a joke. Not worth it.

The app and customer service are horrendous. Or, rather, the utter lack of customer service. The new app doesn't work -- as in won't even load -- and you cannot call and speak to anyone at your local branch about your account. You're left on hold for an hour or more (still waiting) calling one central number to troubleshoot an "upgrade" that no one asked for. Withholding account access like this, whether intentionally or not, is unacceptable.

Setting up the app was sort of a pain; any time I'd backspace or select out of the box, it was like the whole window had to refresh itself. No dark mode, so that knocks off a star for me. The "More" screen isn't formatted properly; there's some sort of graphic being cut off on the right side. That being said, I do like the new layout. It's clean and easy to read.
