Don't rent car with deposit. they have worst services to refund your money. as per contract they mentioned you'll get refund after 1 month completing. i applied after that and now it's gonna be 2 months still they are saying it's on process.

The business model is based on lies & customer frustration. They're not returning deposit that I claimed back on the app by saying there is a "technical glitch" & their bank is not able to refund it. What kind of business are you running where you're not able to do basic transactions? They want you to get frustrated and let go of your deposit that you have claimed.Employees Zoyla, Junaid,Danish George all repeating the same scripted reply and the audacity to lie straight through the teeth.

Misleading pricing - rates shown exclude tax/fees so the final price is much higher. Agents often quote inflated rates, rude & pushy service, constant upselling. App itself is buggy with ad loops. Check reviews before booking - not worth the hassle.
