it can take them 3 weeks to review the money they owe you when your done with your loan. Yhey have no problem taking money from you but when you finally pay up and want to be done, up to 3 weeks, and then maybe a couple extra days for it to reflect in your bank. As soon as my payment is processed into my bank account, I will never open another account with you. $70 in fees but my cd gained $.50. wild. Save your money, get a secured credit card. better then this app.

would be cool if the features worked, they don't. they offer self cash which is a feature allowing you to borrow up to $100, so I tried to see if I would qualify. I connected my bank through plaid as requested, it says it connected then, I try to continue the process but get error -"there was a problem"- my account is listed 5 times and each one throws the same error code. I've made sure two step is off I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache and data. still broken...2 days now...lame

Edit: Troubleshooting mobile app didn't work thru customer support but I got it to work via a web browser on PC. Current rating will remain. Edit 2: The balance shown on the app for my two Self card mirror one another. in other words, if one card has a $100 credit available, so will the other card show that as well. Only way to get accurate credit availability is to click on the card and hope the credit refreshes.
