At initial install and set up, it didn't seem to work & register my account. After closing and reopening it works very well! Edit: the account balance is incorrect (not even close) so I cannot use the app to make a payment. Also, it would be great if you could change your mailing address in the app. Paper bills don't give you enough room to change the address as well.

Horrible, This app does not open worth a damn. I cannot even sign in no matter how many times I try. 😪 this is very annoying.. FIXED! Update.. Man what can I say! Dairyland is amazing and Willy over at Sentry really helped me out by reaching out, and fixing this issue, and now everything works great even when I sign in to my account online it works. Guess he had to just sync my email account with my Dairyland account. Thanks so much man! Customer service at its finest, Willy👌

I cannot log in. I do the verification and it just freezes on "logging in." If i am able.to log-in, I try to edit my autopay, and it tells me I havw no active policy and to call customer support smh. With as many customers as you have you would think you could afford a decent working app. I can't even sign in on the website either. It's rediculous. It's unprofessional.
