Misleading. Before you download the app, there is no mention of a subscription or fee. But after you download the app (and spend a good portion of time answering the sleep quiz in the beginning) it takes you to a screen where you are promoted to pay almost 300$. No option for a free or cheaper version with less features either, which was disappointing.

This coaching service offers zero valuable info. You'll sift through endless, obvious, useless text. The app isn't user-friendly—just walls of text, no videos. It's not transparent about its methods, and you won’t learn anything new. They delay useful content until after the free trial and use sneaky tactics to collect your friends’ email addresses. The marketing strategy is blatantly manipulative.

Stick with it and you will see improvement. The app has a few display problems with text sometimes getting cut off, but the content is excellent and delivered in manageable amounts. It's set up to be as easy to use as possible. I found the content in the second 8 week session to be particularly helpful. I've struggled with sleep for years and my sleep anxiety is much improved and my sleep quality is better. I've made big changes and my coach, Mija, was very helpful and supportive throughout.
