It works fine if you're IN the app, but don't try to multitask, like look at your calendar or prescriptions, it will not run in the background. Trying to jump back to the app can cause a nonstop "loading" message, and I have to completely kill the app and click my link again, taking up time during my appointment. (Pixel on Android 16 QPR1)

The reminder link texted by my provider don't work. I will click the link from a text message and always get an error message "this link has expired or is invalid". Clicking a link from an appointment sometimes forces me to open the app and says I have to install it even though it's installed. It's irksome. There is a problem with the reminders IN SMS. I'd rather open in the web because it's more reliable

Overall I've been happy with telehealth! it connects easily and often the quality is great. however sometimes the sound is a bit quiet or off, for example, someone calls me during a session, I hang up, and then the audio is affected and quieter. Other than little moments like that, I find it easy to use and very helpful qnd reliable in various locations (at home, in a car, outside...) for my weekly therapy sessions.
