I am disappointed. I expected at least mediocre at best. Why must I use a mobile emulator to get software to manage my device on my computer. Sennheuser is high quality name. One that carries weight in the industry. The MOMENTUM 4 Wireless has major disconnection issues. I felt a drive update would help. The app wont even preform the upgrade correctly. I know I am not the only one with this issue.

Kudos for the new app in general, it is definitely an improvement over the previous one. That said, "the sound personalization tool" is disappointingly still exactly the same, and still not useful at all. It doesn't bother me to use the manual EQ, but for those who aren't familiar with one, the results they get from the "personalization tool" must be quite disappointing.

Major props for not making creating an account mandatory to use features on these headphones. Needing one at all is unnecessary. The whole having 2 devices connected thing doesn't seem to play with Bluetooth (or at very least Samsung) very well. Stopping what you're playing on one device in order to read a text on your phone is a hindrance that could do with a looking into. Head detection does not work at all. Turning that off made the touch controls work. Wish you could rebind gestures.
