Won't let me sign in one day it just stopped working and at the least convenient just started to set up a ride and wasn't logged on the app said I either needs to sign in or create an account I put in my info deleted it some times too it acknowledges that I have one another reason is that it only goes to update info in profile but doesn't comprehend that I'm tapping sign in. But because of this I won't be able to strive to get to work on time due to this its messed up ill try to create a new ac.

I love this app. It tells me which mode of transportation I'm getting, bus, Lyft or cab. It sends me reminders and you can track how long it's going to be. Setting up rides is super easy. This app is perfection. I'm very happy with it.

1 star ONLY because y'all have elderly, handicapped, and many other people trying to live their everyday lives, and use your app but yet it crashes or is slower than my grandma. Especially, if you offer a service to help people, to take the steps forward to go about their day but if the app is slow and has to be uninstalled and then reinstalled, you just turned their 4 steps forward into 5 steps back. Don't offer a service, and have it be a weak service. That's a disservice to everyone. ,<3
