I've had service 4yrs now & it was the worst I've had and believe they owe me credit and refuse. W.E. it has been much better since they put a router in but now when I get on the app or website it won't allow me to do anything other than look at my bill and the history. It says I can change/edit my service but gives no option. It also won't let me see the current plan I have now. smh. its always something. How long does it take to fix website? been 2mos or more now. never open on the wkend.

Hi Cathy, I apologize for any inconvenience. Currently, the portal does not have the capability to allow customers to change their services online. We are plan to add this feature in the future. It's been months now since this app was "updated" to gut out most of its actual functionality, and it still lists basic features as being grayed out and "coming soon." The only thing it's good for right now is paying your bill and that's it. The previous version of the app was superior in every way, and I have no clue what they were thinking with these changes. Absolutely terrible.

All I will say is, you definitely better pay your bill because there are NO payment arrangements whatsoever. And Sparklight slips a few dollars of extra fees in every other month, and I have each of my statements to prove it. I have been with them for years, but I refuse to keep paying such high Internet prices, especially when no payment arrangements can be made and no discounts to be offered to loyal customers..
