I can remember being able to use this app a few months ago. Today I went to Spencer's to get my free shirt. The app wouldn't open, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It just says "Invalid Grant. Username or Password is incorrect" and the screen goes white. I thought it might have had to do with the service or wifi, but even hours later in my house with good wi-fi it is not working. Incredibly frustrating

Downloaded the app in store to get a 5th shirt for free, but couldn't even register. The app would go full Mitch McConnell. The cashier in the store seemed like they had heard enough about the app, as they didn't seem surprised at all that I wasn't able to get on. Tried from wifi as well once i got home, nothing. Sent an email to guest services. Spencer's: if your app is garbage (and it seems like it has been all along), quit making your promotions depend on it.

I CAN'T EVEN LOG IN! I have an account, it has my phone number, but the app says my phone number doesn't exist and won't let me just sign in with e-mail. They either need to get this fixed or go back to the cards. It's bad enough that during the transition I lost three punches cause the system messed up and the store told me there was nothing they could do! Now I have none cause this won't even let me in!
