I've mostly had great experiences with this app. It has crashed few times but hasn't been that big of an issue. User friendly and responsive. I get help when needed quite easily. I'm quite content. It can always work on making it better I guess but it's works the best for me and this is the app I rely on for 99% of the time.

While the app has a user-friendly interface and provides easy access to banking services, it lacks one crucial feature: consistent SMS alerts for transactions. In the digital banking age, timely notifications are vital for keeping track of transactions and ensuring account security. Unfortunately, the bank frequently fails to send these alerts. I hope this issue is addressed soon, as real-time transaction alerts are essential for a secure and reliable banking experience.

An app so beneath consideration that even voicing a complaint would be a regrettable misuse of eloquence.An app so abysmally substandard that it fails at the most basic function—allowing users to log in—rendering any critique a squandered effort on something utterly beneath notice. An app of such deplorable quality that it can't even handle a simple password setup, repeatedly claiming it's invalid despite its accuracy. Add to that, the buttons are so unresponsive that they freeze
