(Update: it now registers days, not all hypnosis sessions register yet but the app is improving, 6 weeks smoke free) Unfortunately the hypnosis tracking part of app is stuck on day 1 won't advance or track my sessions, I can't find a fix for the issue. I have access to all the sessions but absolutely NO guidance on how to use them what so ever. I tried to get in touch but they haven't had a response yet. Happy I quit, but disappointed the app doesn't work properly & give me the help I need

It works for me! Hypnotherapy and meditation help to soothe the withdrawals, especially the first 3 days. It's good that each hypnosis is about 25 minutes as each withdrawal lasts for about 15 minutes. After a session and nap, it feels better. And if the withdrawals come back after 2 or 3 hours, I'll repeat again. Good to do it lying on ground, bed or recliner chair.

I will smoking for 3 years I was 12 years old when I started my first cigarette thanks for this lovely app and the people on there to help me to stop smoking it feels amazing just have a control of your mind in your senses in the whole around I can go places I can walk and I can do every single thing what I used to not able to do when I was smoking but now I'm not smoking anymore now I can do a lot of things with my uncle and having fun you know it's a 10 out of 10 for me
