Nightmare! Not pleased with my sky device. I have never had a phone without an app tray. All apps end up on the home page. I am way more private than that. I don't want people seeing my most used apps on top of that there isn't even an option to sort them. What a nightmare! I hope the service is better than with the last company to make this nightmare at least reliable.

data goes way too quick and they were supposed to reset it the day before yesterday. waited 2 hrs as requested by representative and it still hasn't been. it's my mom's phone she's 70 and has have her data!!! The representative was awesome and it's there system I had data saver on and used Wifi and I was in the hospital for 12 days it was powered off. No way I used all my data in 5 days and I can't seem to connect from their app!

can't get signal anywhere and of course doesn't offer Wifi calling its absolutly worthless
