Ratings and reviews

The App is very poor. Every time I switch off the AC and restart it or Switch off the router and restart the router, the AC gets disconnected and goes offline and I have to reset it again. There is no feature of auto login or auto reconnecting. The power consumption meter is not working as well. Please fix these bugs.

worst decision to buy carrier AC. worst customer service worst after sale service, App is like pathetic developers must be under paid or some third party might be giving them the support. It has become like a task for me every day. how I brush my teeth take a shower, eat next thing that I do is add device to the app which happens to reset everyday and goes online.

nice app.. works well.. one important update required.. timer should have selection in resolution of 1 min rather than half hours. Or, we can select in hh:mm format.
