Love this app so much!! I've been using TickPick for roughly a year and have never gone back! I've never had any issues with tickets I've purchased and I love having the ability to track prices for specific shows and share tickets with my friends through the app. I can trust that the price I see is the price I pay and the ease with which I can buy it is definitely a plus (other ticketing apps interfaces are so janky).

Unfortunately, a lot of their claims are too good to be true and about as "gotcha" as other ticket vendors. Their prices are rarely, if ever, better. Checkout system doesn't save your tickets for any amount of time, so even if you're quick in checkout, they can get snatched up. 'Flexible' feature is always 100% broken, showing extremely low prices from several weeks prior that no longer exist. Just as stressful as other apps. 2 stars since Customer Service responds quickly.

Pretty good racket they got going here. Any problem, and they blame the venue.Bought a parking ticket and never received it, just an order #. The ticket I bought on the app cost twice the price that I had to pay at the lot. Hoping to get a refund. Tickets for the event were fine. But submitting a request for a refund is a pain, lots of hoops to jump through, and if you leave the app, you have to start all over again. Still waiting to hear something 2 weeks later.
