Horrendous. The 1 star reviews were accurate but I was still tempted to use the app because of its lower prices as compared to Grab. There was no way of tracking orders real time. My order was "in transit" but was actually not even dispatched yet. Order confirmation also had to be done through text or call, but what if the person does not have signal in there area? Which is why they opted to order online via WiFi.

There is no way to track your order once you have submitted it, by this I mean the app is static and always getting an error when you press "Track my Order". There is no total on how much you will pay once you ordered. The app has too many buggy features, like the coupons part needed to be clicked before ordering and the coupon itself is not appearing on the checkout menu. The application itself feels like you are on 2010 because of the loading and design. Loading takes you more than 5m, buggy.

If only I can give 0 stars. When you apply for a voucher, the senior/pwd discount disappears, leaving only the VAT discount. Then when you pay online, you won't get the full discount and the store won't refund you either because they will match your outgoing total. So don't make online payment if there is a discount ID code, just do cash on delivery. Stores can't do anything either
