The Device Pulse Application provides users served by TracFone's brands the following:
- Instant Brand Recognition.
- Ability to troubleshoot their device, via a Branded Chatbot portal in Contact Support.
- Ability to see their device IMEI, SIM number, and Phone Number, all in one screen.
- Examine various device hardware properties.
- Examine the software version, and security patch information.

Device Pulse is not happening. I have hackers in my phone and when I tried to put the app onto disable. The hackers leave it on disable with the exception that the on button remains ON. It is a hackers paradise inside of my phone device. By the way, where I can write to you does not show anywhere in here. I'd like to ask if I am able to decline the Device Pulse app. Thank you.

Was useful until I discovered it may be responsible for 1Weather enabling itself and auto updating itself. I don't want 1Weather or any of the other unnecessary bloatware apps that are now embedded in the system and have to be disabled repeatedly because they can't be uninstalled and some won't stay permanently disabled. If I weren't dirt poor I would be looking for a better phone and a better phone/internet service provider.

TracFone Wireless, what does 'Device Pulse' REALLY DO? Tapping on 'Settings' scrolling down to 'About Phone' SHOWS the exact same info. in all Android Motorola etc phones. SPYware & BLOATware. Disabled in my new phone. useless app & ya know it. Data cannot be deleted by request. Any questions? How 'bout the first sentence!?!
