Every time I try to see when I need to update my phone card or check what's up on the app, I type in the right information, password, etc., and it shows that it's wrong. I update a NEW password, use THAT password, and it STILL shows it's wrong. I'm deleting the app, which I've done before and WILL not download again!!!! It's not worth having!!!!!

I don't think a 30 mb file should take 2 hours to download no matter how many hops your traffic makes, it's always gotta be a parallel download to a phone security bundle simultaneously conveniently timed to make it so you can't get a data connection subsequent to activation before you download a security update that conveniently has itself poised to occur automatically on the WiFi network you're forced to connect to TO activate your phone... it's all just too perfectly synchronized

service used to be a lot better. supposed to be 10gb data after 2 they slow it down so much you can't run on data. Everytime you call customer service your on hold for over 20 minutes then usually get an operator that does not understand you and it's impossible to get issue fixed. they used to offer a lot of ways to earn free service now points are few and far between.
