I'm annoyed with Totally Wireless Services. They never alert you to let you know you're running low on data usage. It suddenly isn't there—and usually at an inconvenient time. It's becomes a hassle to have to go to the website or into the app(somehow) to buy another reload because the low service plan doesn't provide enough data to make it thru the month. Sigh... I would just appreciate an alert to let me know.

page just scrolls off and won't work. keeps disappearing when opening. store personnel didn't help. they suggested tech support. and getting them to listen sometimes is just absurd language barrier for the most part. not all the time. but sometimes you get one that knows everything and then it gets frustrating. but same answers over and over again. if you transfer me. I don't want to repeat myself open chat 5 times for a pass code. just redundant b technology is way ahead of that game.

Every single month is a struggle with this app now. Total wireless went from being the best service to being the worst service. ever since it became total by Verizon it is useless. No app, no ability to change your service type, terrible website, fighting every month just to be able to pay the bill because the website is different every time. The app is useless now. No longer does anything and you have to go online to pay for service now. Was going for zero stars but can't put lower than a 1.
