This app is terrible. I changed phone number and now I can't even get into the app to look at my policy. I've called travelers and changed it. They said they changed it nobody's changed it so I can't even look in my policy or pay the bill or nothing. If somebody at travelers would change my phone number like I call them and ask them to then I may be able to get into it.

Great feature selection so far but the app runs slow and terrible. I don't think I've even seen the fake apps (that don't do anything) run this slow. I know it's not my phone; this phone is new and has no problems with any other apps or services. Luckily the info I need is normally on the front page, otherwise I'd likely die of old age before the information shows up. By the way, no idea how these guys did it, but they officially broke a switch. Hitting it has considerable input delay. Congrats!

The app used to actually work a few months ago, but around January I noticed that nothing in about my account would show up. No claims or due dates for payments and even my policy wasn't showing up, insurance cards aren't available through the app for me either. It isn't really that big of an issue for me because I have regular access to a computer, but this problem renders the Travelers App useless. This might just be an individual problem but if a fix could be issued that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I'll just use the browser and delete the app. Thanks.
