One of the worst service and ISP that I ever used as a foreigner. My balance are keep losing without my concern and the support service that provide in this app useless and outdated. So much waste of times for waiting and mostly session are expired. If you buy SIM from airport beware of buying it. The connection are bad. Everything is bad.

Horrible app. It wants this like unknown service number to do something as simple as a mobile data balance check. I was able to get nowhere.

There is issue which l face quite often. Usually l use one month packs, but if I forgot to take one more for the next month and try to top up my balance for buying it, the system takes some amount money - usually 200 baht - automatically. They give some extra pack which I do not need!!!! And thus l lose 200 baht for nothing. After that l have to top my balance again and then get extra pack which l would like to get. Extremely annoying!!!
