Stay in touch with your Hearing Care Professional with Virtual Appointments and TeleCare. The TruHearing app connects you with support when you need it – even when you can’t make a visit in person. To enable TeleCare features, contact your Hearing Care Professional.

The user guide for the app can be accessed from the app settings menu. Alternatively, you can download the user guide in electronic form from www.wsaud.com or order a printed version from the same address. The printed version will be made available to you free of charge within 7 working days.

I have two issues. First, the Wellness tracker will often show many minutes of activity but no steps at all. I wasn't just waving my arms around. Second and more importantly, the wearing time doesn't update often enough. I understand limited updating extends battery life, but it would be wonderful if you would add an "update now" button. Thank you for your consideration.

This is the worst app I have ever used along with the hearing aids. The app will take up to 5 minutes to open up and connect with my wifi on my phone and the Bluetooth symbol just flashes on my phone like it is trying to connect but never does. The battery information on the app is never correct or it does not work at all. The more I use it the worse it gets. It is a piece of junk, no support.

Other helping to control the volume of the hearing aids this app never seems to work right. Just recently I tried to check the battery level but it kept "trying to connect" to the hearing aid. The hearing aid was functioning and connected to my phone. There's just a multitude of problems with the app and after almost 2 years you would think they would have resolved them. Disappointed.
