The US Mobile service is fine, but the app has a few quirks. I had a hard time finding where I could pin my pool to my dashboard, and when I found it, the option was almost entirely below the bottom of the screen and I can't scroll down any farther. Since the last update (8/28/25), the pinned pool display briefly flashes then disappears leaving an empty space in the dashboard. No pool information at all there.

I really liked how intuitive it is with the many options they give to the user to access and obtain information about your phone service. I think many companies could use USM as a way to give consumers a better and friendlier experience. I'm leaving USM, but I was always pretty happy while having them in service. They provide a multitude of options and savings. I wish the premium section would get a bump in that regard, but I've never had an issue while I had it. the coverage was awesome 👌.

I haven't been able to get voicemail to work for more than a couple of days for over a year. I contact support they say oh it was never set up correctly they set it up it'll work for a couple of days and then it stops visual voicemail has worked off and on maybe a couple of times in the past year but voicemail in and of itself does not work. Check Reddit I opened up a string there and lots of people on every kind of phone with all their data plans have the same issues
