Ratings and reviews

All I want is an app to quickly order then go pick up. After placing your order a banner briefly pops up to pay, but before you have time to think it over, it disappears, leaving you no apparent way to pay for the order. Going to "Pay" on the app only says you have no gift card, and still leaves no option to pay. (?) Update: Apparently, restarting the app resolves the issue. Whatever. It appears that each time you place an order you will then have to restart the app to pay.

recently removed customization from meal items ~the new meals don't even have an option for you to pay extra to upgrade the drink size ~I've been going to Sheetz every week for years to get the Meatball Sub meal; which, for a good value, let you add stuff to the Sub & let you pick the size of the Drink. Now, they made the meal more expensive, changed the fries that came with it, and removed customization from the sub and drink size. I don't mind the new cost, but the customization removal hurts!

Very hard to navigate and/or find anything, especially drinks. Add a search feature to every screen on the MTO section please. It would make life easier. Edit: The food was very good. I was pleasantly surprised. Their milkshakes are terrific! Along with a search menu, it would be great to see a field for special requests for each item. Updated my score to from 2 to 3 stars for food quality. The app just needs a little work.
