It was terrible, dropping calls, dead spots in the city, etc. So i called tech service and they had me remove some options... NOW I have 95-98% service! NO company can provide more than that. So...if you're experiencing issues, i encourage you to call TECH SUPPORT for better service. I'm now happy with the price for the service! Yay!

Well, I was told they would refund $40 and they only refunded me half and left half ($20) in that " Wallet" thing. That was after3 frustrating calls to customer service. It is the year 2025, Ultra Mobile should be able to do split payments!!! In fact I KNOW you can, it is not that difficult to put half of one's payment on one payment type and half of one's payment on another payment type.And don't tell me "you don't have a way to do that"Lazy!You're a bad company if you don't put in that effort!

Three stars for quality and affordable phone, text and data plan. For those that don't have alot of money. All I wish for is the app let me log in. I'm having to keep going online, and sent link via, just to get on the account on the app. I personally keep updating the password or having too. I'm not even sure it's accepting what I type of what. But I could've had my account locked for an hour. Just scratching my head. Why it keeps saying wrong number or password.
