One of these reviews was very helpful for the 'controls icon won't work' issue. Change to the Q8 instead of yours and then click controls quickly. I'm very disappointed in the lack of any support whatsoever. Yes, for the price these are great but if you can't get it to work and they give no attention to the software... that doesn't bode well for the future of this company which looks to now be called TENSSENX... its another disposable.

Don't buy the X7, at least. When the drone goes into low voltage gps return mode, you are locked out. Even the emergency motor cut doesn't respond. They NEED to add a lock-out option for the GPS return, there are so many situations where the drone attempting to fly straight up to 65 feet minimum are a horrible idea. It's a good drone spoiled by terrible programming. Lost two of them to that, both in tall trees and they'll probably be up there until the branch falls off. Don't bother.

very unhappy. When I first got drone I had a s22 plus Samsung phone. Everything worked Great. App worked perfectly every time. I just upgraded my phone to a S25 Altra. App no longer works. Will not link up. No video, picture or video recording. is there a fix?? I turn off mobile data and still nothing. Help!
