I've been trying to download my boarding pass for days. The WhatsApp customer service is no help at all since its automatic responses are automated and provide no help. Very frustrating that no one at Viva Aerobus knows that an error code appears in the system when trying to download a boarding pass. I've sent images of the error code to customer service and requested that they email my boarding pass to the email address listed on my reservation which I'm told they can't do.

app has never allowed me to book my flight. i alwsys have to call in order to purchase any flights. app never takes payments even when traying visa amex or mastercard at least when buying from the usa.

When I go to view my boarding pass it just says "no internet connection", but I do have an Internet connection. previously it was showing a query failed exception.
