This is the mobile tenant application for the virtualparkingpermits.com system. You need to have an existing valid account to use the application, be a resident or a guest of a property that utilizes the virtualparkingpermits.com system.

With the virtualparkingpermits.com application, residents no longer need paper permits for their vehicles or their guests' vehicles. The licence plate number and vehicle information is the permit. Tenants can access their online account and create digital parking permits via a simple intuitive interface right on their phone.

There are many benefits for the virtual parking permits system:

Barebones app which I'd expect from a junior high-school tech lab. The guest permits cannot be modified if a mistake is made. Had a minor correction to be made, but this basic function is not featured. Calling support, I was told it'd be 5 minutes to fix on their end, and that I would be called back. No fix, no call back. I called support again, with the same result. 'Lowest bidder' execution. If you are looking at a property which uses this, go elsewhere.

Barebones app with zero consideration for user experience: 1) Doesn't save login info; I have to sign in every time I use it. 2) List of previously issued guest permits just disappears after a while. 3) When previously issued guest permits DO display, there's no way to reactivate them. You have to manually type in the license plate number again - AND - you can't look at the previously issued permit while you do this, so you better have your guests' license plate number memorized. /SMH

I've had a horrible experience with issuing parking permits with this app. There was a glitch in the app, and it did not let me log in so i could not register my guest's car. It got towed away, and we had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get it back. The app just ramdomly stops working and starts working on its own accord. I got no response from them when I reached out to their support email on their website. twice.
